They look like Jack and Neil.
Who are Jack and Neil?
Sorry, never thought to pop back here and see your question. I meant Jack Kerouac and Neal Cassady, a la: http://flavorwire.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/jack_kerouac_neal_cassady.jpeg
I still get the occassional glimpse of the gorgeous young thing that I married. Quickly followed by ‘how in hell is he looking so young while I look old and haggard’.
I know.
But something I have discovered is that you don’t age at a constant rate – you age at different speeds at different times and you age in stages. (I know, so scientific, right?) Because for years I was ageing and Bill pretty much wasn’t ageing at all. It was hard. And then I slowed down and he started ageing a bit faster and now he has caught up to me and we look the same age again. I get hope from this only because when I suddenly notice some serious ageing happening I think I have just hit a little patch of rapids and soon we will be back to some slower moving water.
This is my theory on ageing. I am quite the scientist.
That is a good looking man! : )
Thank you. I’ll accept compliments on his behalf.
