Gosh they’re all so terribly hip too.
Yeah, I’m just not cool enough for these people. It reminds me too uncomfortably closely of the scary girls in high school who would push me around in PE. I’m a dancer. To each their own.
Man, I want to play that sport–but I’ve sprained my ankles too many times. 🙂

I love being a roller derby freshmeat, I have made some amazing friends and the body positivity that goes with it is so empowering. Lots of Mums in our league too…

no, we have quite a few women in our league who are over 40, give it a go, its awesome
that doesnt read right, i meant 40 isn’t too old
